Three.
Can I miss one suspicious choice and still get Ending 4?
No.
Can I flirt and get Ending 4 in the same run?
Not through the normal Day 3 route.
Why are the Knitting choices missing?
Choosing the suspicious opening route shows a different scene and skips that menu.
Does 3/3 Suspicion automatically trigger Ending 4?
No. You must also continue with Please..? and choose Call him out.
Do Hug and Thank lead to different endings?
No. They show different content but finish the same normal Day 3 route.
