No. You must later choose Attack him. Take them plus Listen to him gives Ending 3. Leave them also gives Ending 3.
Does 3/3 Suspicion guarantee Ending 4?
No. The rabbit route and Call him out are still required. 3 / 3 Suspicion alone does not make the option appear.
